Registration for 2008-2009 Season

Pre-Registration for the 2008-2009 Season Is Open

 Walk-in registrations will take place Saturday May 3 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at Mendoza Elementary School.  Our next registration is Wednesday May 7 from 6pm to 9pm at Peter Piper Pizza at the corner of McKellips and Power.  Our last registration is Saturday May 10th from 8am to 12:00 pm at Ishikawa Elementary.  Registration this year will cost $80.00 per player, $275.00 family rate.

Before you come to registration, you will need to pre-register on-line. On-line pre-registration is now available. When you are ready for pre-registration, you will need to follow the instructions below. Then on the day of registration, you will need to gather up your forms and bring them to the registration location.

Instructions

To register for soccer, follow this 6-point procedure.

If you follow these instructions and bring your forms to registration, the process will be pretty quick. If not, you can expect a much longer wait as you fill out the forms there.

Registration Form

Preregister on-line at www.eAYSO.org or just click on the logo above. The on-line registration process takes about 15 minutes. Individual elements of the on-line form are as follows.

  1. You’ll see options for first time users or returning users. Click on the correct button for your situation. Then you’ll get to a screen with General Instructions. Start at the left with Parent – fill in or update all information. You’ll then see options for volunteering. Even though you’ve already completed the Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet you printed, please select any volunteer opportunities that interest you on this page as well.
  2. Click Next and you’ll be asked to enter your region information. We are Region 1079. You’ll then see a screen verifying you chose Region 1079.
  3. Click Next and it’s time to enter or update your child’s information. In addition to the * fields, Region 1079 requires you to select an MPS elementary school and provide an email address. Our volunteers need your email address to be able to easily contact you in case of any registration anomaly.
  4. Click submit and you’ll return to a page which gives you the option to display and print your forms.
  5. Once your on-line registration is complete, you will need to print and sign TWO registration forms, then return to this website and continue with the remaining steps.

·        Turn off your pop-up blocker if you have problems printing the forms .

6.      You Must Register in Person.  You are only Pre-registered at this point.  You must register your child in person.  You will need to bring TWO signed copies of the registration form from eAYSO.  If you are new to AYSO Region 1079 or did not play in the 2007 season, you will also need to bring a birth certificate.
