1.     Login to www.eAYSO.org

2.     Follow the directions to register if you have never used eAYSO before.
        A.  Our region number is: 1079 

3.     If you have an eAYSO ID, login and update your volunteer user 
        information.

4.     Once you have completed or finished updating your volunteer         
        information, you must PRINT AND SIGN TWO copies of the form.

5.     Bring your completed and signed forms with you to the meeting      
        (August 10or 17th).

Everyone turning in a volunteer form must show a photo ID for verification purposes.
